6.0 Powerstroke OEM Ford Motorcraft Remanufactured Injector fits the 2003-2007. These OEM injectors are Rebuilt using brand new components including nozzle, slotted coil, control/spool valve and plunger. These are the most up to date version of the 6.0 injector. These are the exact same GENUINE MOTORCRAFT OEM injectors you would get from a Ford dealer, at a fraction of the price. They are the highest quality, most reliable injectors available for the 6.0 Motor. Each Injector is sealed and individually packaged including O-rings and copper crush washers necessary for installation. Cures the stiction issue of the old style injector with the new slotted spool valves.

Injectors' intensifier bodies receive new plungers. Both components are precision-match honed to operate reliably and durably at extreme pressures and temperatures
All spool valves are replaced with new parts. Both control valve bodies and spools are precision-ground to exacting diametrical tolerance for excellent sealing and oil direction
Remanufactured nozzle assemblies are inspected, then chemically treated and micro-brushed to remove carbon and fuel residue. Each nozzle is then flow-tested to help ensure proper performance and emission levels

Full Force Diesel performance injectors are made from Alliant Power remanufactured injectors using the latest updated parts and brand new spool valves. These are the closest to new injectors that are available on the market. We do not modify used core injectors. This practice leads to an inferior product and early failure. We strongly recommend installing head studs with any 6.0 modified or stock. These injectors are premium built flow tested and matched sets. You can install these injectors without fuel system modifications, without custom tuning and they will work great with a stock turbocharger. Of course you can increase their performance by adding those upgrades later for more power (50hp + depending on the upgrade itself).
