Bell HFSB Turbo (425-550hp) (T4i Mount) NOW with a Billet Wheel Option

This turbo is made to order and cannot be rushed or cancelled once a PO is sent to Bell Turbo. Shipping is TBD based on available parts. Normally it is 2-3 weeks (excludes weekends) from the order date. Once shipping as been set for the turbo you will be notified by email.


Bell Turbo developed the HFSB turbocharger for the guy looking to make a solid 425-550hp that still needs the ability to daily drive and tow with their truck. The turbo replaces the popular GQSSB and ZQSSB turbochargers, with a few modifications allow for more airflow while still offering great response, which makes this is the ultimate 7.3L turbo for higher HP applications. The turbocharger flows over 1200-cfm and will offer extremely low drive pressures, resulting in low exhaust gas temperatures (egt's) and good driving charactersitcs. This turbo is perfect for anything from a basic Stage 2 160cc injector up to a Stage 3 275cc Hybrid. The turbo is offered as a complete bolt in system that includes everything needed to install. ie: intercooler pipes, exhaust downpipe, y-pipe collector, pedestal, up-pipes, turbo oil feed and drain tubes, etc. We can also sell as a stand alone turbocharger with no mounting system. With the addition of the Hypermax or CSD mount kit, this is a complete bolt-in system. With the Hypermax option, we would suggest that new lower up-pipe bolts and new exhaust donuts be purchased at your local Ford dealer, as those are not included with the kit. The CSD mount kit utilizes bellowed up-pipes, so no donuts are used. The stock clamp flanges at the manifold and the collector will need to be reused to secure the up pipes to the collector and the manifold with the Hypermax kit as well. Also, the 4" intake tube that is included to run to your airbox is a direct fit for stock, AIS, and AFE Stage One style intake systems. If you're running an AFE Stage II or like system, some modification to the supplied intake tube my be required. Kit includes a 3.5" downpipe for improved low end torque, so an adapter may be required to connect to your current exhaust.


HFSB turbo utilizes a T4i mounting flange.


Now offering a Billet Wheel Option.


The Billet wheel is 2% lighter than the regular cast wheel for faster spooling and considerably stronger.
