Our methods of shipping are UPS and USPS. Orders completed accurately will at most times ship on our next business day. In the event we are closed at your time of ordering due to taking vacation, illnesses or any unforeseen reasons you will be notified of a delay. For delays due to enclement weather we are notifed by UPS and USPS Express only packages. Their notification will be forwarded to you. USPS 2-3 day priority does not notify us.
Once a package has been shipped we can not refund shipping charges. The only time shipping charges can be refund is when the carrier makes a mistake getting it you.

We ship the next business day of receiving your order. If you want us to ship your order the same day to receive the next day you must call us by 10:00am est. to guarantee next day shipping.
