Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm EST

Closed Fridays for live tuning. If you have an emergency please email us your phone number. We will make every effort to return your call promptly if we are in a position to do so.

Closed Saturday-Sunday. We respond to emails frequently over the weekends. If you do not hear from us either by phone or email on the following Monday or next business day please try us again.

Scheduled office closures 

Jody is out of town live tuning at least once a month. Please see the below information for dates we are closed due to Jody’s live tuning trips or other office closures.

Closed for live tuning in CO- Wednesday June 23rd at 12:00 est. until Monday June 28th. We will reopen for normal offive hours on Tuesaday June 29th.

Closed for Vacation Monday July 12th until Friday July 16th. We will reopen for normal office hours Monday July 19th . During this time no one will be available to return phone messages. Please do not leave a message on our Voice Mail system. Please email us ONLY during this time and we will respond to you as we become available to do so.  Please place all orders online this week and they will ship on July 19th.  

Closed for live tuning July 29th and July 30th.   No one will be available to take your call. Please email us during this time.

Closed-Sept. 3 & Sept. 6. No live tuning on the 3rd and our offices are closed the 6th for Labor Day! All orders received during this time will not ship until the 7th.
