We recommend following the venue that others have done before. We let you arrange the event so you are in control of the outcome. You tell us when and where.  Advertising the event is at the discretion of the person or group in charge of organizing the live tuning event. 

Q: What do I need to do?
A: First you need to see is how many other Ford 7.3, 6.0 or 6.4 diesel truck owners are interested in having Jody do live tuning on their trucks in your area. Posting on the forums have been what most people have done.

Q: When can I do this?
A: Jody can do this one time a month. Our months Jody can be gone varies from one year to the next. Please check all diesel links for announcements of live tuning schedules.

Q: How many trucks are required for live tuning?
A: It is preferred to have at least 10-13; equaling 3-4 a day. Jody can do only one, however that one person will incur all travel expenses. It is recommend to have more trucks invloved to offset the cost of travel expenses.

Q: What is the cost?
A: The cost for live tuning is $550 per person. If you travel to Jody it is $450 per person.

Q: What will this price get me?
A: Not all trucks will require extensive live tuning. Some truck that are modified more than others may take longer. You will not be charged more then $550 if you go over the 4 hours. You will receive 3-4 hours of Jodys undivided attention to your truck and your tuning needs. Dianostic trouble shooting will be done if neccessary. All things you want to change Jody can do while you are driving. He can make changes instantly and then save that information to be burned on your chip. All tunes are included whether you have him work on 1 or 50.

Q: I don’t currently have a DP-Tuner chip. Do I need to get one prior to live tuning?
A: You can purchase a F5 or F6 chip at any time. You can always try Jodys standard tunes and then decide later what you would really want done. If you wait to get a chip at the live tuning event, you will only be charged for the price of the hardware. ( Jody will not burn your tunes onto any other chip manufacture’s hardware)

Please call with your dates if you are interested in setting up a live tuning event in your area. Please call 828-221-0076 Ext. 101. Live tuning information will be given you at that time.  We do this on a first call, first serve basis. Total payment for live tuning must be received 30 days before the live tuning date.  At that time Jody’s airfare or travel arrangements will be made.
