This high quality 1.5" liquid filled pressure gauge is the same one we provide with our Regulated Return fuel system kits. It has a center/rear 1/8" Male NPT nipple and can be used for Fuel Pressure, Oil Pressure or any other pressure within the 100psi range.
Driven Diesel 1999.5-2003 7.3L Universal Fuel Pump Wiring Harness (This item is drop shipped from Driven Diesel)
We originally developed this wiring harness for use with the Fuelab fuel pump in our High Performance Fuel Delivery Kit. We have since modified the design to make it more "universal". It is configured specifically for use with the Ford Super Duty trucks, with the relay trigger being located where the harness passes by the stock fuel pump wiring (to maintain PCM control of whatever fuel pump is used). We have extended the overall length of the fuel pump end of the harness, and left it unterminated, so it can be used with fuel pumps located in the stock location or all the way back by the fuel tank (or anywhere in between). We include (2) shrink-tube style crimp terminals so that the harness can be properly terminated after it's cut to length.
Ford Super Duty owners can upgrade their fuel tank pickup with one of our extra large 5/8" pickup tube assemblies. These assemblies includes a new T-304 S.S. pickup tube with steel nut and sleeve, steel bulkhead fitting for installation in the stock sending unit top plate and the correct 90° Push-Lok hose end. This upgrade completely eliminates the stock pickup assembly from the fuel path. This 5/8" pickup assembly was designed to be used with the Driven Diesel High Performance Fuel Delivery System and is the ideal size if you are building your own fuel delivery system using one of the big Fuelab or Aeromotive fuel pumps (or similar). NOTE: This product is not intended for use with the stock fuel pump. The Driven Diesel Regulated Return Kit for the 99-03 Powerstroke Super Duty is an important part of the fuel system upgrade process. This kit eliminates the "dead-head" stock fuel rails and provides adjustable fuel pressure capability to the Powerstroke fuel system. This is accomplished by tying the end of each fuel rail together through a Bypass Fuel Pressure Regulator. The Driven Diesel Regulated Return Kit also includes replacement Fuel Feed Lines (from the fuel filter to the cylinder heads) that eliminate the stock Check Valves and the "kinks and crimps" of the stock feed lines.

This kit, which includes (4) Brand New Driven Diesel T-304 STAINLESS STEEL High Flow Banjo Bolts and (4) copper crush washers, replaces the stock restrictive banjo bolts in your 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel. The larger passages through the Driven Diesel 7.3L banjo bolts will reduce restriction and increase flow to the fuel rails, resulting in less turbulence in the fuel and improved support for larger injectors or other horsepower modifications. If you are upgrading the fuel system on a 94-97 OBS Ford Powerstroke to include an electric fuel pump, you need something to properly control how it is operated. This wiring harness includes our OBS Fuel Pump Controller as well as an oil pressure switch to operate like the PCM controlled pump in the later Super Duty trucks. The controller is designed to run the fuel pump for 20 seconds at "key on" to get the fuel system primed. If the engine is started within that time, the oil pressure switch will keep the pump running. If the engine is not started within 20 seconds, the controller will shut the pump down so it doesn't stay running.

The Driven Diesel Fuel Tank / Pre-Pump Kit (commonly referred to as the "Hutch Mod") is the first step in the fuel system upgrade process. This kit includes all of the parts necessary to eliminate "air leaks" in the fuel circuit before the electric fuel pump (suction side) and add additional fuel filtration. Air in diesel fuel causes noisy operation and can damage the fuel injectors. This kit fits both the Super Duty Trucks and Excursions.
